Job Description

This is an entry-level position perfect for those new to care, offering a unique opportunity to live with a client and provide round-the-clock support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Prepare nutritious meals and support with feeding, respecting dietary requirements and preferences.
- Manage household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship, engaging clients in activities, conversations, and outings to promote well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's health or behaviour to the care management team.
- Maintain accurate care records and adhere to all care plans and company policies.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and connecting with their community.
