Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive professional lifestyle management support to high-profile clients and executives within our Fort Wayne office. This critical role ensures seamless management of personal and professional affairs, allowing our key personnel and clients to focus on their core objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous eye for detail, superb communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and navigate complex schedules with grace and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Handle personal errands, gift procurement, and comprehensive event planning for private and professional functions.
  • Oversee household staff, external vendors, and personal projects as needed, ensuring timely completion and high standards.
  • Manage personal finances, including bill payments, expense tracking, and liaising with financial advisors.
  • Act as a primary gatekeeper, screening calls, managing correspondence, and prioritizing communications.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile detailed reports on various topics relevant to personal and professional interests.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal and professional information at all times.
  • Coordinate and execute special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives and clients.
