Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for a wide range of Apple products (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.) via phone, chat, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through steps to solution.
  • Educate customers on product features and services, maximizing their Apple experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Apple products, software, and services.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with computers and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.

  • Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support.
