RBC Royal Bank is seeking a dedicated Remote Admin Partner to provide crucial support to our small business clients. In this 100% remote role, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring seamless administrative operations for small business accounts, assisting with financial processes, and acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping small businesses achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a portfolio of small business clients.
- Manage client inquiries via email and phone, escalating complex issues to appropriate financial advisors.
- Assist clients with account management, documentation, and digital banking support.
- Process and track various financial forms and applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client service.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in financial services.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with small business clients or in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with banking systems or CRM software.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial products and services for small businesses.
