Job Description

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Round Rock, TX is seeking an enthusiastic and physically capable Deep Tissue Apprentice. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with limited or no prior deep tissue experience who are eager to learn and develop specialized skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced therapists, mastering advanced deep tissue techniques, client communication, and spa operations. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in comprehensive training programs focused on deep tissue massage techniques, anatomy, and client consultation.
- Shadow and assist licensed massage therapists during client sessions, learning best practices and treatment protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room and spa environment.
- Learn and adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Develop and practice effective client communication skills, including intake, post-session recommendations, and rebooking.
- Assist with preparing clients for services and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to continuously improve skills.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the spa's daily functions.
