Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with no prior experience to kickstart their career in customer service with direct start training provided. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers via live chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Bell services. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers proactively and professionally through online chat platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
