Job Description
Join the Enterprise Rent-A-Car team as a Fleet Groomer in our Newton, Surrey location. This full-time position, working Monday to Friday, is crucial for maintaining the pristine condition of our rental fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation, providing an excellent first impression for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows to a streak-free shine.
- Wash, dry, and wax vehicle exteriors to ensure a spotless finish and protect paintwork.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage, scratches, or missing items, reporting findings accurately to management.
- Replenish vehicle consumables such as fuel, washer fluid, and ensure correct tire pressure.
- Move vehicles safely within the lot and to designated service areas as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including cleaning of equipment and detailing bays.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company guidelines, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standard.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning products and techniques, and willingness to learn new methods.
