Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility support.
- Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
- Administer medication reminders.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities and provide companionship.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the nursing supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
