Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Records Management Aide with a focus on digital archiving to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. In this on-site role, you will be instrumental in the organization, maintenance, and retrieval of critical company records, transitioning physical documents into digital formats, and ensuring data integrity. This position is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of digital document management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan, index, and categorize physical documents into the company's digital archiving system.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all digitally archived records.
  • Perform quality checks on scanned documents for legibility and proper formatting.
  • Assist with the retrieval of records for various departments, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized physical records storage area, preparing documents for archiving or secure destruction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding records retention and data security.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize digital archiving workflows and processes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the records management department.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in document scanning and imaging software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
