Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Apple Operations Expert with a strong focus on Inventory & Logistics to join our team in Tulsa. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless flow of products, ensuring accurate inventory records, and optimizing supply chain processes within our operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, from receiving and stocking to managing transfers and ensuring product availability for our customers. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all Apple products and accessories.
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and dispatch of shipments, ensuring compliance with Apple's standards.
- Implement and refine logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure product availability.
- Ensure all inventory is stored securely and handled according to safety protocols.
- Utilize Apple's internal systems for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and reporting.
- Train and support team members on best practices for inventory management and logistics operations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to supply chain, shipping, and product availability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
