Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the brow bar with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Assist senior brow technicians with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the brow bar.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Learn and master brow shaping, tinting, and other brow services through hands-on training.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments accurately.
- Recommend appropriate brow products and aftercare to clients.
- Support promotional activities and help drive sales of brow services and products.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge in the latest brow trends and techniques.
