Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Live-in Farm Harvesters to join our team in Swansea, Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for stable employment in the agricultural sector, with the added benefit of on-site staff housing and meals provided. As a Farm Harvester, you will be crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the timely and efficient harvesting of various crops. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual harvesting of various fresh produce crops according to seasonal schedules.
  • Operate basic farm machinery and tools safely after receiving training.
  • Ensure harvested produce meets quality standards and is handled with care.
  • Assist with packing and loading produce for transport.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in designated work areas and shared living spaces.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the farm.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or crop issues to supervisors.
