Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team at The Regal Ballroom. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-social environment and enjoy contributing to a memorable guest experience during evening hours. You will be the welcoming and helpful face guests interact with upon arrival and departure, ensuring the safe and organized storage of their belongings. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Receive, tag, and securely store guests' coats, bags, and other personal items.
- Issue corresponding tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Retrieve items promptly and courteously upon presentation of the ticket.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cloakroom area throughout shifts.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all venue policies and security procedures for item management.
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth event operations.
