Concentrix is thrilled to offer our “Career Kickstart” program in Jacksonville, providing comprehensive training and development for motivated individuals ready to dive into the world of customer experience. This entry-level role is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in a dynamic environment, supporting our clients and their customers. You’ll receive full, paid training from day one, setting you up for success in a supportive team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all phases of our comprehensive training program.
- Learn and apply product knowledge and customer service best practices to assist customers effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
