Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to manage digital files and assets for our network of freelance partners. This 100% remote role involves creating and maintaining efficient digital filing systems, ensuring quick access to resources, and supporting freelance operations to maintain optimal productivity. You will be instrumental in streamlining our collaborative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement intuitive digital file organization systems for freelance project assets.
- Maintain and update existing digital archives, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Tag, categorize, and index files for efficient retrieval across various platforms.
- Collaborate with freelance partners to understand their organizational needs and provide support.
- Ensure compliance with data retention policies and confidentiality agreements.
- Conduct regular audits of digital files to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Provide training and support to freelancers on file management best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
- Strong understanding of file naming conventions and metadata principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a digital organization or data management role.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Experience working with creative assets (images, videos, documents).
