Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EA Games Associate to join our dynamic team in Greenville, SC. As an EA Games Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our gaming operations, ensuring smooth player experiences, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks that keep our games running at their best. Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to players, assisting with game-related inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Monitor in-game activities and player feedback channels to identify and escalate critical issues.
- Assist with quality assurance tasks, including testing new game features and updates.
- Collaborate with development and community teams to improve player satisfaction and game performance.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on game releases and best practices.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
