Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fun and puzzles? Bloomington Escape Adventures is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Escape Room Reset Attendant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be a part of creating thrilling experiences for our guests. Your primary role will be to meticulously reset our escape rooms between games, ensuring every clue, prop, and puzzle is in its correct starting position for the next group of adventurers. If you love games and have a keen eye for detail, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Execute precise and timely resetting of escape room props, puzzles, and clues according to detailed setup instructions.
- Inspect rooms for any damage, missing items, or malfunctioning equipment and report issues to management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of escape room areas and common spaces.
- Assist with basic customer service, including greeting guests and explaining general rules (training provided).
- Monitor game progress and provide hints to players as needed (after training).
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Perform light maintenance tasks as required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
