Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Work-From-Home Secretary with a specific focus on administrative tasks that do not involve phone communication. This is a unique opportunity to join FedEx Ground and support our operational efficiency remotely. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in various office software, and capable of managing documentation, data entry, and correspondence independently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a quiet, focused environment and excels at written communication and meticulous record-keeping. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high precision into company systems and databases.
  • Draft, proofread, and format various internal communications, reports, and memos.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and research tasks as assigned, supporting various departments.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
