Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hotel Breakfast Staff to join our team in Doncaster. This part-time role offers consistent early morning hours (6am-10am), making it an ideal opportunity for parents or individuals looking for a schedule that allows for flexibility later in the day. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day with a delicious breakfast and excellent service in a clean and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food and drink items are fresh and well-presented.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival in the breakfast area and assist them with any requests.
  • Serve hot drinks and other items as required, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly and efficiently as guests finish their meals.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the breakfast area, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Monitor food levels and communicate stock needs to the kitchen team.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Assist guests with any queries or special dietary requirements, providing excellent customer service.
