Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Mini-Bar Restocker. This is an independent work, daytime position crucial for maintaining guest satisfaction by ensuring all mini-bars are fully stocked and accurately inventoried. You will be responsible for managing supplies, tracking consumption, and maintaining a high standard of presentation within guest rooms. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently restock mini-bars in designated guest rooms according to established par levels and hotel standards.
  • Perform daily inventory checks for mini-bar items, accurately recording consumption and replenishments.
  • Inspect mini-bar items for expiration dates and damage, ensuring all products are fresh and presentable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini-bar storage areas and restocking carts.
  • Communicate any discrepancies, guest requests, or maintenance needs related to mini-bars to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Manage mini-bar charges, ensuring accurate billing for guest consumption.

  • Prior experience in inventory management or stocking roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
