Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to maintain the pristine appearance of our hotel’s public spaces. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, public restrooms, and amenity areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and floors.
- Empty waste bins and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, assisting with inquiries when appropriate.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to cleaning.
- Experience using various cleaning equipment.
