In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing our clients’ online presence, with a specific focus on search engine visibility for job-related content on Google. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience with Google’s ecosystem and contribute to impactful digital strategies for major brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research using Google tools to identify high-potential terms, including 'Google Jobs for Freshers' and related queries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for client job postings and career pages.
- Monitor and report on search performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize job descriptions and career site content for search engines.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities in the recruitment marketing space.
- Support the team in analyzing algorithm updates and their potential impact on search rankings.
- Learn and apply best practices for technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Google search engines and basic understanding of how they work.
