Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to join our remote recruitment support team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars, and sending out confirmations.
- Manage candidate communication, including sending updates, answering inquiries, and providing feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute recruitment materials, such as job descriptions and offer letters.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating initial steps.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes for basic qualifications as needed.
- Assist with data entry and report generation related to recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
