Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Lifestyle Blogger Assistant with a strong focus on Pinterest Management to join our remote team. This role is crucial for expanding our digital footprint, engaging our audience, and driving traffic to our lifestyle content through strategic Pinterest initiatives. You will work closely with our content creators and marketing team to execute and optimize our Pinterest strategy, ensuring our lifestyle content reaches a broad and engaged audience. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Pinterest strategy to drive traffic and engagement for various lifestyle categories (e.g., home decor, fashion, DIY, wellness).
- Create visually appealing pins using brand assets, stock photography, and basic graphic design tools.
- Write compelling pin descriptions, titles, and calls-to-action optimized for Pinterest SEO.
- Schedule and publish pins consistently using Pinterest scheduling tools.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform strategy.
- Analyze Pinterest performance data (impressions, clicks, saves, outbound clicks) and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with content creators to repurpose existing blog content into pin-friendly formats.
- Manage and organize Pinterest boards, ensuring they are well-categorized and visually cohesive.
- Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed, including content calendar management and social media support.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Pinterest for business, including account setup, pin creation, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Excellent visual sense and attention to detail in pin design.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Solid writing and communication skills for engaging pin descriptions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with lifestyle content categories (e.g., home, fashion, travel, wellness).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and their integration with Pinterest.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
