Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Limo Logistics Coordinator with a ‘planning & driving mix’ to join our team in Lakewood, CO. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of our luxury ground transportation services. You will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, dispatching professional chauffeurs, managing vehicle availability, and maintaining exceptional client communication. Additionally, this position requires the flexibility and willingness to perform driving duties as needed, ensuring our high service standards are always met. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and dispatch chauffeurs and vehicles for daily operations and special events.
- Monitor real-time vehicle movements and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain punctuality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their transportation needs, confirmations, and any service changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, vehicle assignments, and service outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all local and company transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for company vehicles when performing driving duties.
- Provide professional chauffeured services as required, upholding Carey International's high standards of service.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize operational workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a related transportation role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Lakewood, CO, and the surrounding Denver metropolitan area.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
