Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous shopping visits to designated luxury brand retail locations as per detailed instructions within the Pasco, Washington area.
- Evaluate customer service, sales associate interactions, product display, store cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Observe and document specific elements of the shopping experience, including greeting, product knowledge, upselling techniques, and checkout process.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through comprehensive written reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain absolute discretion and anonymity throughout all assignments.
- Manage visit schedules and reporting efficiently to meet project requirements.
