Job Description

Beyond is seeking a dedicated Media Metadata Scribe – High Energy Ad focus to join our growing Digital Media team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately cataloging, tagging, and organizing a vast array of media assets used in our advertising and marketing initiatives. Your precision ensures our campaigns are discoverable, effective, and compliant across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to make a significant impact within a leading e-commerce brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, classify, and update metadata for a wide range of media assets, including images, videos, audio, and text, specifically tailored for advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all metadata adheres to established company guidelines, industry standards, and SEO best practices to maximize asset discoverability and utility.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand campaign requirements and ensure metadata supports strategic objectives.
- Perform regular audits and quality control checks on existing metadata to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in the development and refinement of metadata schemas, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in metadata promptly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of metadata management processes and tools.
