Job Description

Two Men and a Truck in Fresno, CA is seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our crew as Movers / General Labourers. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals, as no prior experience is needed! We offer competitive weekly pay and comprehensive training to get you started. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture and other household or office items onto and off moving trucks.
- Carefully pack, wrap, and unwrap items to prevent damage during transit.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist drivers with navigating to and from locations, and maneuvering trucks.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company procedures are followed during the moving process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment and trucks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly and safely.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in physically demanding roles or customer service.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (opportunity for future driver roles).
