Job Description
Become a vital part of Ipsos’s mission to enhance customer experiences across various sectors. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, service providers, or other businesses in and around York, evaluating the quality of service, product knowledge, cleanliness, and overall customer journey. This flexible, contract role allows you to use your keen observational skills to provide objective feedback that helps businesses identify areas for improvement and reward excellent service. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet visits to assigned locations as a regular customer.
- Evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience based on predefined criteria.
- Interact with staff, make purchases, or inquire about services as instructed.
- Accurately record observations and details of your experience using our online reporting system.
- Submit detailed and objective reports within specified deadlines, including photos or receipts where required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding assignments and client identities.
