Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mystery Shopping Aide to join our Market Research team in Wesley Chapel. This full-time position is crucial for the successful execution and coordination of our mystery shopping programs. The aide will support the mystery shopping management team by handling administrative tasks, data entry, report compilation, and communication with our network of mystery shoppers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for consumer insights. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the data collected through our extensive mystery shopping initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of mystery shoppers.
- Manage and organize mystery shopping assignments, ensuring timely completion.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted mystery shopping reports and data.
- Communicate effectively with mystery shoppers regarding assignments, guidelines, and feedback.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within our internal systems.
- Compile and format reports summarizing mystery shopping findings for analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the mystery shopping program managers.
- Assist in quality control of mystery shopping data to ensure high standards.
- Handle inquiries from mystery shoppers and provide support as needed.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic data entry and administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or some college coursework.
- Experience in an administrative support role, preferably in market research or a related field.
- Familiarity with mystery shopping concepts or programs.
- Experience with CRM or project management software.
