Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Coordinator to join our professional team in Aurora, Colorado. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up, clean, and equipped with necessary technology.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders and organizing storage areas.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with office events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
  • Maintain office equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors.
  • Support general administrative tasks for various departments.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and well-maintained.
  • Act as a liaison with building management and external vendors for office-related services.

Required Skills
