Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, including room setup and basic technical support.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Greet visitors and provide general information and assistance.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support various departments.
  • Uphold a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook).
