Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Online Netflix Specialist with a strong focus on Data Integrity. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data related to our streaming content, user interactions, and platform performance. You will monitor data flows, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various teams to maintain high-quality data standards essential for business intelligence and operational excellence. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a foundational understanding of data management principles within a dynamic online environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze data across various Netflix systems and databases to identify inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Investigate and resolve data integrity issues by collaborating with engineering, product, and content teams.
- Document data issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for future reference and training.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data validation processes and tools.
- Generate reports on data quality metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide support for data-related inquiries and assist in data extraction or validation tasks.
- Stay informed about best practices in data integrity and data governance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing data accuracy and system reliability.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Basic understanding of SQL or similar database querying languages.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with online streaming platforms and digital content environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, quality assurance, or a similar data-focused role.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Previous experience working remotely.
