Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Online Virtual Host to facilitate interactive webinars and virtual events specifically designed for 15-year-old teens. In this remote role, you will be the friendly face and voice of Brainly, guiding participants through educational content, Q&A sessions, and collaborative activities. The ideal candidate has a passion for youth engagement, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating a positive and dynamic online learning environment. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the learning journey of thousands of students and contribute to a global educational community.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and moderate live online webinars and virtual events for teenage audiences (ages 14-16).
- Engage participants through interactive polls, Q&A sessions, and discussion prompts.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive virtual environment for all attendees.
- Introduce speakers, manage presentation flow, and facilitate smooth transitions between segments.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues during live events and provide basic support to participants.
- Collaborate with content creators and event planners to understand event objectives and audience expectations.
- Gather feedback from participants and contribute to post-event reporting and improvements.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect and engage effectively with teenage audiences.
- Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks during live events.
- Problem-solving aptitude for real-time technical or logistical challenges.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive, approachable demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience hosting or facilitating online events, workshops, or youth programs.

- Experience with basic video editing or graphic design for event promotion.
