Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Part-time Cabin Cleaners with a strong focus on high-security protocols to join our team in Rialto, CA. This crucial weekend-focused role involves cleaning and preparing aircraft cabins, ensuring passenger comfort and adherence to strict cleanliness and security standards. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and hygiene of our clients’ aircraft, working primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while strictly following all security guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of aircraft cabins, including seats, galleys, lavatories, and overhead bins.
- Vacuum and mop cabin floors, ensuring all debris and spills are removed.
- Clean and sanitize lavatories, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Inspect cabins for lost and found items, reporting them according to company procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all high-security protocols and regulations, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and access to sensitive areas.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding any issues or discrepancies found during cleaning.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches immediately to supervisory personnel.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict security protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning agents.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience, especially in an airport or high-security environment.
