Job Description
Are you meticulously detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring excellent patient care and service quality in a clinical pharmacy setting? CVS Health is seeking a motivated and discreet Pharmacy Secret Shopper to evaluate and report on the customer experience and operational compliance within our pharmacies. This critical role involves conducting anonymous visits to pharmacies, meticulously observing and documenting interactions, service quality, adherence to clinical protocols, and environmental standards. Your high-accuracy feedback will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring our pharmacies consistently meet our stringent quality and patient safety guidelines. This contract position offers flexibility and an opportunity to contribute significantly to improving healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced, anonymous visits to assigned CVS Health pharmacies within the Millcreek area and surrounding regions.
- Interact with pharmacy staff in a typical customer scenario, observing and evaluating service quality, professionalism, and adherence to established protocols.
- Assess the overall clinical environment, including cleanliness, organization, medication display, and patient privacy measures.
- Evaluate staff knowledge and compliance with relevant clinical procedures, patient counseling standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Accurately record detailed observations, interactions, and findings using provided reporting templates and tools.
- Provide objective, unbiased, and constructive feedback on all aspects of the pharmacy visit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, observations, and company information.
- Submit reports within specified deadlines, ensuring high accuracy and completeness of data.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and ethical standards for secret shopping activities.
