Job Description
Are you a creative and analytical individual with a passion for Pinterest? WebFX is seeking a talented Pinterest Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Pinterest marketing strategies for our diverse client portfolio. You will leverage your expertise to create engaging content, optimize campaigns, drive traffic, and analyze performance to ensure maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring to inform content strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Design, create, and optimize visually appealing Pins and Idea Pins that align with brand aesthetics and drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage Pinterest ad campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Pinterest performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, algorithm changes, advertising tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and SEO specialists, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Communicate regularly and transparently with clients, presenting strategies, performance reports, and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing and growing Pinterest accounts for business purposes, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest algorithms, platform trends, and advanced analytics tools.
- Proficiency in creating compelling visual content using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Extensive experience with Pinterest Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results clearly to clients and team members.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a closely related field.
- Experience with other major social media advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices specifically applied to Pinterest content and profile optimization.
- Previous agency experience or demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts concurrently.
- Official Pinterest marketing certification or equivalent professional credentials.
