Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Organizer Aide to join our dynamic team in Bradford. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Professional Organizers to declutter, categorize, and systemize clients’ homes, helping them achieve a sense of calm and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Professional Organizers in client homes with decluttering, sorting, and categorizing various items.
  • Implement established organizational systems for closets, kitchens, offices, and other living spaces.
  • Pack, label, and transport items for donation, disposal, or storage as directed.
  • Help clients make decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard with empathy and tact.
  • Maintain a tidy and respectful work environment in clients' homes.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions for aesthetic and functional improvements to spaces.
  • Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
