Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Banker to join our team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This pivotal role focuses on managing and growing relationships with our high-end clientele, providing personalized financial advice and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management. You will be instrumental in identifying client needs, offering bespoke financial strategies, and ensuring an unparalleled client experience while contributing to the branch’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and business clients.
- Proactively identify clients' financial needs and offer appropriate Truist products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Act as a primary point of contact for high-end clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal partners, such as wealth advisors, mortgage specialists, and business bankers, to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in community outreach and business development activities to expand client base.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven sales and business development acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- FINRA Series 6, 7, or 63/65 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or small to medium-sized businesses.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics in Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas.
