Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Google Advocate with a strong focus on Customer Experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position based out of Nottingham, UK. As a Google Advocate, you will be the frontline support for customers, guiding them through various Google products and services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, provide accurate information, and act as a trusted expert for all things Google, all while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, customer service, and working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and advocacy for users of Google products and services, primarily via digital channels.
- Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to Google applications, platforms, and accounts.
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and new updates to enhance their understanding and usage of Google tools.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product changes, updates, and service offerings.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share knowledge to improve overall team performance.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, technical support, or advocacy role.
- Strong understanding and familiarity with various Google products (e.g., Google Workspace, Google Search, Google Ads, Google Maps, Chrome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a fully remote capacity.
- Certifications related to Google products (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification).
- Experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Ability to speak additional languages.
