Join Endota Spa, Australia’s leading day spa network, and bring relaxation and rejuvenation directly to our valued clients as a Mobile Beauty Aide in Geelong and surrounding areas. This unique role offers the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing top-tier beauty and wellness services within clients’ homes or at special events. As a Mobile Beauty Aide, you will be an ambassador for Endota Spa, delivering a range of treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and waxing with precision and a personal touch. You will manage your appointments, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish. This role requires a professional, reliable, and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional mobile beauty services directly to clients, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards for all equipment and work areas.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for appointments efficiently, ensuring timely arrival.
- Uphold Endota Spa's high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend retail products for continued wellness.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Certificate III or IV in Beauty Services or equivalent qualification.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel.
- Proven experience in providing a wide range of beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and client care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Endota Spa product lines.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Additional certifications in specialized beauty or massage therapies.
