Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Google Data Validator to join our growing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business lead data obtained from various Google platforms and tools. Your primary objective will be to verify information, identify discrepancies, and maintain a high standard of data quality to support our clients’ sales and marketing efforts. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of business lead data against specified criteria using Google search, Google Maps, and other proprietary tools.
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and outdated information within lead datasets.
- Categorize and segment leads based on predefined business rules and client requirements.
- Document validation processes and maintain comprehensive records of findings and corrections.
- Collaborate with data quality and sales teams to improve data collection and validation methodologies.
- Provide regular reports on data quality metrics and validation progress.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Google search and Google Maps for information gathering.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of data quality principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, data validation, or quality assurance roles.
