Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Meeting Scribe to join our corporate team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting critical corporate meetings. As a Meeting Scribe, you will be responsible for accurately capturing, documenting, and distributing notes and action items from a variety of virtual meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-through across our global teams. Your ability to distill complex discussions into concise, actionable summaries will be crucial to our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and actively listen to virtual corporate meetings across various departments and time zones.
  • Accurately transcribe meeting discussions, decisions, and action items in real-time or from recordings.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes, summaries, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Identify, track, and follow up on action items and assigned responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with meeting facilitators and participants to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Maintain an organized repository of meeting documents and related materials.
  • Adhere to corporate confidentiality and data security policies.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional active listening and comprehension abilities
  • Superior written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with corporate terminology and professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, executive assistant role, or similar documentation-focused position within a corporate setting
  • Experience with project management software or shared documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures
