Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Baristas to join our team in high-volume tourist hubs across Columbus, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with a diverse array of customers from around the world. As a Seasonal Barista, you will be a vital part of delivering the legendary Starbucks experience, crafting perfect beverages, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks' quality standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, positive, and knowledgeable manner, providing excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, brewing area, and customer seating areas.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including restocking and cleaning.
- Be knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and Starbucks Rewards programs.
