Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Aide to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. This vital role focuses on providing compassionate assistance and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facility and the well-being of our patients or residents. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and empathetic individual capable of managing various non-strenuous tasks, contributing significantly to a positive and efficient care environment. This position does not require any heavy lifting, focusing on mental, organizational, and light physical support duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance, including organizing files, managing schedules, and processing paperwork.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients or residents, engaging in light activities and conversation.
- Assist with light daily tasks, ensuring common areas are tidy and comfortable.
- Facilitate communication between patients/residents, families, and medical staff.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient/resident mood, behavior, or condition to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate appointments and transportation logistics as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient/resident information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
