Job Description
Are you a compassionate communicator with a knack for solving problems? Teleperformance is seeking dedicated Support Specialists to join our dynamic team in Bangor, Maine. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and effective communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
