Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured, paid training program covering all aspects of water treatment plant operations.
- Learn to monitor and adjust treatment processes, including chemical dosing, filtration, and disinfection, under supervision.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing water samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Familiarize yourself with plant equipment, controls, and safety protocols.
- Support senior operators in routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and records.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Develop a strong understanding of water chemistry and microbiology principles.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
