Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Support Specialist. This is an urgent opening for a full-time, 100% remote position. As a key member of our global support network, you will provide technical assistance and problem resolution to internal and external users, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services. You will work independently to troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions, and escalate complex problems as necessary, all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for a variety of software and hardware issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, documenting all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Collaborate with other support teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
