Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Membership Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position focused on supporting our Anytime Fitness clubs across the region by engaging prospective members, promoting the benefits of our memberships, and closing sales virtually. You will be instrumental in expanding our community, guiding individuals on their fitness journey, and contributing to the overall success of our clubs through exceptional sales performance and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings to prospective members to present membership options.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential members via phone, email, and online chat platforms.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Anytime Fitness memberships and club amenities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate closely with local club management to align on sales strategies and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive initial experience for new members.
- Stay informed about current fitness trends, competitor offerings, and internal promotions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and articulate product knowledge effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and virtual communication tools (video conferencing, online chat).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in fitness sales, gym membership sales, or the health & wellness industry.
- Familiarity with the Anytime Fitness brand and its offerings.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
