Job Description
We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our boutique spa. This part-time role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and serene experience for all our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will manage appointments, process transactions, answer inquiries, and maintain the impeccable presentation of our reception area. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and schedule appointments efficiently using our spa management software.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, provide information, and assist with bookings and inquiries.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments accurately and securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common guest spaces.
- Assist guests with retail product selection and provide basic product information.
- Communicate effectively with spa therapists and estheticians regarding guest schedules and special requests.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform light administrative duties as required to support spa operations.
